These two amazed me. The fast, Big John, Big Bike, Easy ride, two up. Just like Big John said. All except the "easy" part. We all made it. Just 7 hours.

Todd and Laurie from TN

The Fast Big Bike "easy" ride gang.

Adrian, AKA Ruben from Romania via GA

No comment, OK maybe just this, "We are going to need a bigger boat" Roland from Toronto

Brandon from Utah. Great ridding with ya Bro.

Scott from Ohio. Same to you buddy

The above people and so many more contributed to making one of the best two weeks of my life to date. Here's to many more adventures.

Then there is this guy. If you think this is scary you should see him ride his Strom. Also props for bull wrangling on Owl Creek Pass. You had to be there.

My Possy

This shot sums up the trip. "WOW" IN, packed and ready for RMAR and the CAM1000 2013. Are we there yet?

That last shot is awesome--where was that taken? I LOVE the pic of Roland!

South Rim, Black Canyon of the Gunnison.

Brandon took the shot of Roland, I think. Scott and I tried to hustle Roland out of the Pub when the thunder started, but NOooooooo. We made it back to shelter before the hail storm, Roland made it to the liquor store.

The ribeye was my pleasure ma'am

~Actually, you didn't have to be there
There was a very fine re-inactment of how to ride a V-Strom down a mountain preformed later at the campsite

Then a story that ended with "and then the bull blinked"

The patient is breathing well and resting easy. Given my success at completing a little cosmetic surgery on patient DRZ I think maybe I should expand my services

cinnamon pass, lake city and engineer pass

friday morning on our way to cinnamon pass

less than 5 miles away, we hit dirt

beginning of cinnamon pass. it's steeper than it looks. 2 riders bailed out here.

absence of trees mean we're at high elevation

gotta love that smooth dirt

made it to the top; joel, sarah, tim (hilslammer) and ?

charlie messing around

on the other side of the mtn

jonathan and charlie on their 800s

lunch break at lake city

here's mine

the 3 texans preferred a more traditional food
