2 emails sent, 2 messages left....still no return call from Red Mtn.... I have all my other reservations made for this trip, Taylor Park, Orvis, 4-J in Ouray, ect...
I may make a reservation at another place nearby as a back up in case Red Mtn is full.

Red Mtn has enough space to accomodate about 300-400 folks, via cabin, tent and RV. He has assured me that if they book full.....then the neighboring RV property will take the spill over. If all the cabins and Motel are booked full and you want a motel or hotel....then you need to book with another property in town. There are plenty of them and they are just down the street from our base camp.

Jim at Red Mtn will get back to you.....hang in there. This time of year, they tend to get remote with Snowmobile tours.

My old 1984 Honda CR60 I will be restoring it (pretty mint condition as I only rode it in Pakistan for 3-4 months).

Yeah.....rebuilding bikes with my boys are some of the great memories with me. This XR350R rebuild is going to be frickin awesome.

Here's a pic of the boys when we completely tore down and rebuilt the NX650...... Good memories.

tdbiker can't wait to get home on Spring Break to dive in to this bike. His older brother, blbiker56, has already started the tear-down.

Good stuff John, my son and daughter and I spend hours in the garage together working on the bikes and I allow them the freedom to customize/modify to their vision as much as a control freak can!

We just got a DRZ250 for my daughter and the alterations are in full swing! Luckly for me, we are able to use a lot of the bits that I've accumulated over the years for our DRZ400/KLX400!

She is hitting me up for super motard wheels however.......................we will see.

Just called and talked to Red Mountain. The cabins and motel are full, but he still has a bunch of tent spaces. I didn't ask about RV spots. The hotel across the street from him (Canyon View hotel (970) 387-5400) does have at least one open room left.

Thanks for the kind words, Sir!!!! We aim to please and our efforts are only to promote the sport of Adventure Riding and helping with the fight to keep our access to National Forest Service and BLM open to our adventuring.

We really appreciate your partnership (as well as the other partnerships with the other vendors)! You guys and gals help to make RMAR a huge success every year. Thank you!!!

I think we are going to crack the 200 rider count this year!!!!!!
