Happy New Years

Too many cervezas and I'm sharing a room with Ned and Chris...Ned crashed an hour or two ago, Chris is mia downtown somewhere...fireworks are madness and the local dogs (which are in the millions) are going ape shit....Chris is bound to wake us up at some point when he crawls in......alarm is set for four hours from now....all in all this might be the best sleep I'll have in a week and maybe for the next two weeks to come

HAPPY NEW YEARS to the inmates in the asylum.

"the fun and games stop and things get real serious tomorrow morning"

Robb and I are sharing the driving.

Holy crap, never seen or heard a New Years like this, people are going ballistic in the streets. Fire works like i've never seen....no way the racers are sleeping

Hard way for them to start a 9000 km race

Madness...time for another cerveza with the support crew......."sleep when your dead"

Hope you have your videocamera out, Ted. Is it too late to figure out webcams?

#118. Don Hatton is off the riders list. Anyone know what happened? The only Canadian on a bike.

From what I can see on the picture, Neil, both English and French are at the same time, the only language briefing that seems to be later is the Spanish one, no?
