oil filter gasket, or something more?

Hey guys,

I have an 83 r80rt that is hemorrhaging oil through the top section of the oil filter housing. I noticed it when i was driving the other day and i heard a kind of squishy/sucking noise every time i revved the engine. It was leaking from the top part of the housing, not the bottom like you would think. Bolts are all tight...

Im going to replace the gasket, but cant help think that it might be something more. Any ideas?

Take a look at the oil filter page at Anton's website:
