The final outing of Suzuki's 800 GSVR with Randy de Puniet, yielded 4th overall in the post Valencia tests, correct ?

They did fine for a small, cautious company and greatly benefitted technically, by participating.

They'll be back, when the time's right.

Still waiting for an official statement.

I also think they (the team) put out a pretty good bike all things considered.

"Small"? Suzuki is far from small. Now the MotoGP team, yeah, that's small by comparision. But make no mistake, Suzuki, as a whole, isn't small.

Which pisses me off to no end! We need one of the Suzuki/Honda knock-off Chinese companies to get into GP, since the Chinese are winning as far as the economy goes.

Let's see a Hyosung team! Bore out that copy of the SV650 twin to 1000cc's, hire the Suzuki girls and I'm in.

Compared to Yamaha and Honda, they're small. With their growing automotive diversification taking priority, we're lucky to see as much involvement in mc racing, as we have been. IMO

What is the big deal about Suzuki not being on the grid? It's not like they were competiive. How many GPs in the modern era were won by them? One?

So, there is one less bike between the aliens and the CRTs. I guess I am cynical.

Have you been watching the same MotoGP as me?
That GSR-V was right up there in the results and between the start of the 2011 season and the end they have made that bike a contender.
Its a shame and takes away another part of the spectacle that is MotoGP

Read this. It's about Superbikes, but it gives a pretty accurate glimpse into Suzuki Racing.
