No planning, just go.

Sticking to my guns. Not a done deal. Not signed. No announcement. Rossi stays at Ducati.

No chance he's staying. He's 33 years old and has 3-4 seasons left in GP.If he wants to go out with another title he simply doesn't have time to wait for Ducati to build a competitive bike. It's a bit of a disappointment for everyone i'm sure,as he would be a true legend to win titles with 3 manufacturers.August 15 you naysayers will have official confirmation. Now we just have to wait and see how bad Lorenzo treats him on his M1.

Even the bookies have home leaving, 1.1 to go to Yamaha 6 to go elsewhere which I guess would include staying.
Personal pride over staying on an Italian bike. |

What's really important in all this Rossi talk is whether Hayden will go back to Alpinestars if Rossi leaves.

With Vale going back to Yamaha, which seems like a certainty, I'm really wishing Hayden would have gotten / taken the Tech 3 ride!

An interesting article on how the transaction between Ducati and Audi (Lamborghini) could have given a break in the development of the Desmosedici in the last year or so. From MotoCorse.Com

i too will beleive it when i see it.i just dont see yamah putting Vale in a position where he will be able to take points of J lo.J lo needs a team mate of Dovi level where he will take points of any Alien who has a problem, but will never take points of his No 1

Yes... if money was no object. But... it is, and Rossi will bring sponsorship money that will pay for both sides of the team.
