Honda busy packing up a test bike to send back home

under the bosses watchful eye

New parts came in

The Hondas sounded different at the second test...they had a different taper/shape to the exhaust

It was very Hot and Humid in Sepang, lots of riding gear airing out...

BTW if you ever wondered where all the media you get about racing comes from, this is where, The media centre at Sepang, Its FULL when the racing is on.

And this is that ram air duct with the air going past the steering pin.

Colin Edwards CRT sounded a lot better, the electronics that is.

The teams don't mind you taking pictures with the fairing off?? I thought that was a No No?? I recently listened to a great Motopodcast and Andrew Wheeler mentioned a few stories of teams not liking what they thought he was doing and one time went so far as to check his camera.

Any news about Gresini's CRT effort? Probably testing in Aragon later this week but any info about the bike, development etc?

Hello Dontlr. It is a rare opportunity and done for us on ADV. OK. I do have one that is a bit too sensitive and had to lock it up in a private gallery on smugmug. They are not particularly keen on their naked bikes being photographed, but this is for our little community. I get a lot out of it, ADV that is, so like to put back what I can.

Interesting triple clamps. Looks like they're designed to be strong front/back but allow some flex side to side.

Lower triple clamp does probably 80% of the work, so the upper does not need to be as strong or heavy. Stockers are same way.
