I actually got around to fitting the stand today, the centerstand stud is crap, it's shoulder is to big to allow the sidestand mount to "seat" properly and the metal is so soft as to be scary, I am drilling it out in favour of a nice S/S bolt.

It's fairly easy to remove the stud. Grind on the weld side a little while, then punch the other side and it will pop out. I don't know exactly how to put another stepped bolt in there though. Frankly I think I'm going back to stock. This sidestand has been breaking my bike piece by piece ever since I installed.

My stand pops up....I have two springs....I have one.....this is dangerous.....this bolt is soft.....let's all sell them off.....let's form a class action....
