Denver Dirt Bike Learning Area

I just got the wifey a little TTR-125 and was wondering if you guys knew of any fields\areas near Denver where we could go work on the basics without the police showing up. Thanks!

Anywhere east.

or

It's been awhile but I've seen people take their 4x4's at the end of E. Louisiana Ave. where Mississippi turns to Dunkirk.

Just north of Denver off of I-25 is the IMI Facility. IIRC it's about $10 each to get in, and all kinds of terrain to ride on.

Some areas of Rampart are good, especially during the week. On weekends, look for open areas.

Howdy

I'm going to be up around Gold Hill Sat morning trying out some new tires and just puttin around by Switzerland Trail. There is an area with real nice simple, flat trails I take people who are learning. There is also a nice hill to practice on if she gets brave.

This area has been barricaded off in the last couple of weeks. Concrete barriers and heavy equipment have taken it over.
