Will post more pictures of the "view" later today or tomorrow if needed for hints.

Hint Time

View from the "location."

By zooming in, you can barely see this town/city.

Peterman........No

No and No to the above guesses.

Time for a hint: The road to the location takes off at the summit of one of the best paved roads in the Pacific Northwest. By “best” paved road, I consider traffic (lack of,) amount of twisty sharp corners, condition of the actual pavement and pure fun factor of riding. This paved road I am talking about scores very high in all areas and is a blast to ride.

This little out of the way spot has it all. Fun pavement getting there and once at the summit you have a really great dual sport road. The road is wee-able (fine for Rocky and me on our V-Stroms) but would not recommend it for a larger bike unless you don't mind a lot of Steep and Rocky.

Will post another hint in a day or so if necessary. (The next hint should give it away)

Give Away Hint

Time to get this moving again. This hint should give it away.

The town/city you can barely see in the distance changed its name a few years ago. Added "City" to the end of it former name.

Once you figure out the town, with the other hints should be able to come up with the location.

Edit: I posted the city, but deleted it, because I think you were after the place the pic was taken from, not of, right?

Nuther edit: I just read the rest of your post, and answered my own question.

Exactly ........if I read your post correctly.

Knowing the "town" should make it easier to figure out the location in question.
