Had to be a tough chore to make it up there on a big bike. I applaud anyone who does that

Eastern Oregon. Probably easy, been shown many times by many riders.

What is the name of the road I'm on

Well, it looks like the tunnel on the road that goes to the Owyhee Res dam along the lower Owyhee river?? Google calls it the "Owyhee Lake Rd" This was an IAMC challenge site a couple years back...

Is Owyhee Lake Rd paved all the way to the lake?
Looks like somewhere I need to go.

No guesses??... here's a hint, you can't legally ride a MC to this lake anymore as it is now inside a Wilderness Area...

another pic from the other end of the lake...

and here is a picture of the current Trailhead to the lake

I'm gonna guess Roosevelt Lake. There's a town under there (Roosevelt) that was buried from a mudslide that dammed up the creek. Never been there, but it's on my bucket list to spend a few days exploring around Thunder Mountain and Monumental Summit.

You figured it out just before I was going to post my answer Teamgs.

With a lot of research, I figured out your spot.

Roosevelt Lake with a bit of interesting history.
