Back home from Portland; time for a hint.

The rock building is located on a State Highway. You may of passed it on your way to the Hells Canyon ride in years past, depending upon the route you took to get there.

Just got back from an awesome day of riding in the Tillamook State Forest and went straight to this thread.
I'm lost. What's going on here? Are we all working on the same photo?
