2008 Tenere, 68000km´s, mainly used for short trips, travel and some minor offroad(gravel and green lanes), no commuting.
-Hyperpro progressive springs front&back: more direct handling, more control, no more divin' frontend;
-Leovince SBK exhaust system: some weightgain, some more power, better sound and looks;
-MDI handlebar risers(30mm): better control when ridin' standing up, less tiring on long runs;
-Touratech wider and ribbed footpegs: better grip offroad and even more comfortable onroad;
-Yamaha centrestand: obvious, more easy chain and rearwheel maintenance;
-Kedo oiltemp-gauge RR10: to keep an eye on oiltemp, to keep your engine healthy;
-Touratech handguards: they do what they do;
-Heidenau K60 Scouts: more knobby then the oem Tourances, but also good grip, even when wet(even better then the Tourances), mucho better ridin' offroad+
-AIS blocked/removed, no more poppin'.
Other mods: Touratech sidestand enlargener, small luggage rack&bag, tankbag, power socket, Hepco&Becker pannier frame(Lock-it) and alu panniers, Yamaha alu bashplate and headlight protection, Off-the-road waterpump protection and frontfender enlargener, Heidenau HD tubes with tube valve dust rubbers(Hannamax MX supplies).
More to come? Probably, however I'm very happy with the current condition of my Tenere....it goes on and on givin' me a big smile! Take a look on my smugmug-page for more piccies(piccie below was taken on Corsica in '10, not all above mods mentioned were done yet).

The back rim got damaged slightly while doing a tube change on a flat
I sanded the rim with fine sandpaper and polished with steel wool
Came out quite nicely and all the ugly marks are gone
