The teams are right. With only 3 sets of full-wet tires for the entire weekend, they'd be crazy to use them up on day 1. I don't see the point of limiting the supply of wet tires. As Hamilton said, thousands of fans showed up to sit in the rain and watch an empty track. That hurts the sport.
