With all that extra power on the new bike you can carry more scotch to share around the campfire.

Yeah, got some Laphroaig that should have mellowed some by then!

I'll have all summer to get used to the Big-Strom!

How are you enjoying riding now that you had your licence for a year?

Thats freaking awesome!

I loved last year. Mud included!

I am currently in Califorinia, heading for Mexico, Panama, Columbia and points South. But there is a real possibilty that I could be back in time for this.

If so, I'll be there.

Does that count as being signed up?
You had better be back. I was going to crash at your place and use you as technical support if I have trouble with my 600.

well i've been riding since 2004 when i got my first dirtbike. i rode that thing for 4 years around the gravel. probably put 5000km on that thing. then i rode my dr200 for 3 years putting 5800km on it, before finally getting my licence late this july.

with my license i've done ~3500km (i only got to ride for about 3 months, then it got cold) (dr200 now has around 8000km, and my new used dr650 took the rest) and it just never gets old. i can't wait for the snow to go away so i can ride some more. hope i don't wear out my tire for the bc ride though. i'll put on a new one (recommendations? front and rear) this winter when i have time, along with an ims tank and maybe some other mods.

can't wait for next year's ride!
