We are close to a rpoduction kit for the hard parts. No fairing in the near future.
Here is a kit we designed for Kevin Muggleton to use in the 2013 Dakar.
Here is the picture just before it left for France a few days ago.

He is using a early modified prototype fairing. You can see the 6gallon tank for the Honda pulls out the fairing pretty wide. We would need a strong interest and maybe a pre-order effort to justify the cost of new side fairing molds.

New lower frame supports are dead on. Uses the same upper frame as all the other years.

I understand the need for the big Acerbis tank for the Dakar bike. I don't know of any races or rallies in N. America, where a 4 gallon wouldn't give you the fuel range you need. I plan on using a 4 gallon for the up coming Mex 1k. I did the Tour of Idaho with the 6g Acerbis, what a handful. I'd think your kit would work much better on a 4 gallon tank, have you considered that option?

Only thing I know about the Honda is what I touched for Kevin's Dakar project.
I was not aware of a 4 gallon. With little interest in the 450x kits I do not feel it is worth while at this point. Sorry.
I would have to get more frames cut (Kevin has all that were made), source a 450x, source the 4 gallon. If there happens to be some ADV riders in the area who have a bike an a 4 gallon they would allow me to borrow for a day to do a test fit...

there is some lens distortion going on here with how close I am to the bike. fairing looks bigger than it is to the naked eye.

Or, someone could leverage the work you've done, and take it from there. Sell them frames and a front plate, and they can come up with their own sides/ tank mount.

Not a bad thought. Humm.... I imagine some basic fabrication skills with fiberglass is all a person would need to make the sides?

I didn't mean it like that. Personally, I've been lucky enough to have worked in custom car and race car fab shops. I have a little more insight to fabrication than your average person.
