Happy to be an Inmate! (TFOG Wheelsports)

Hi,
This is Jim at TFOG Wheelsports in Golden, Colorado. We are an independent parts, accessory, and service shop that has been in business in the same location since 1997. I would like to extend a minimum 10% discount on parts and accessories (including apparel and helmets) to the ADV inmates.

We can ship worldwide on most items.

We are VERY competitive on tires, with $12.99 off bike mounting and $29.99 on bike mounting (includes electronic spin balance), done while you wait. We stock about 200 tires in season, including a reasonable selection of dual sport rubber (TKCs, MT21s, Tourances, D606s, etc.). I look forward to chatting with you and please feel free to contact me with any questions, concerns, or requests.

I would also extend a standing invitation to our traveling brethren to stop by and say hello if you happen to be in the Denver, Colorado area!

Hey, Jim, I'll be taking you up on that discount - you know I will since I've dropped so much money in your shop already! By the way, fellow inmates, Jim has always done a great job for me, in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Which, of course, is why I've kept going back, for, heck, 4 or 5 years? (Time flies when you're having fun - and no Jim didn't pay me for writing this, in fact I just happened to see his post!)

I know - just jerking your chain! Next thing I "need" is to improve the rear suspension on my DR - preferably before I ride it to Virginia in May! Be talking to you soon.

Hi Jim, Welcome.

If anyone wonders about this ADV noob they can check Here to see what another segment of riders say.

I don't think I've ever been there or needed their services but I've always heard good things about the shop and if I'm remembering right they have taken good care of a couple of non adv friends in need........

How can it be fun if there's not at least an outside chance of dying?

I just found this old thread while looking up Jim's phone number for some work that needs to be done on my super hotros CT90.

All I have to say is that over the years I have done business with TFOG they are great people and do fantastic work.

Thank you so very much Jim.

Marc

So would that be $60 for 2 tires? I need to have my tires mounted up for my Fat Bob, don't really want to scratch up the wheels using spoons in the garage.

Yo Jim!

TFOG is the best shop in Denver and willing to help out in order to get the job done. I was getting ready for a cross country trip when I cracked my belly pan. That afternoon I called Jim and he gave it to a friend that had it done in 2 days, after hours. These guys rock.
