Didn't think I could get five volunteer stations, but went out anyway. By the time I'd got to the second on my list, I'd found a couple others by accident. Rerouted to get the last one reasonably close to home and the road had been rerouted at some point due to construction and the station was unreachable. Spent a couple hours trying to find where it had been moved to. No luck. Gave up and was heading in when I passed another just by chance...

File photo prevention device: one of your riding gloves covering one of your mirrors. If you ride without gloves or mirrors, a printed picture of a riding glove on your fuel tank. If you have no riding gloves, mirrors or fuel tank, perhaps you've stumbled onto this by mistake.

Well something is addictive about photo tagging lol ever since i read this thread i have been dying to do it, so since today was my only morning off i went out in the stormy winds and rain for 2 hours this morning getting these tags, spent about half that looking for a damn smart car after getting all the other pics within 1 hour lol, no chevy volts in this country so couldnt get one of those.

I know of 4 local businesses that run smart cars so i thought it would be easy, none of those ones were there lol i scoured car parks to get that, churches, supermarkets, even the hospital car park LMAO found one in a small church car park in town, boy was i glad!

I would never have ventured out in this bad weather if not for this thread lol was mostly on country roads too my bike looks like i rode it through a swamp. I had great fun tagging though so will be trying to get involved as much as possible from now on!

If you cant date stamp pics, the prevention item is a red rag/cloth/sock draped over one of your handlebar grips.


1. A wind turbine (one of those proper big white ones, not one that is on somebodys roof)
2. A tractor dealer
3. A scooter dealer
4. A planetarium or observatory
5. A car with the steering wheel on the wrong side for your country... i.e. in the USA a right hand drive car, but in the UK or Ireland where i am it would be a left hand drive car!

1-3 are fairly easy for me. #4 can be found about 40 miles from here. #5 is going to be the tricky one. That's just going to have to be random.

There's at least one Aussie and a New Zealander that have been playing. It's a fairly new game and it's picking up steam. I'd love to see more "global" representation. Makes it much more interesting. I try to keep that aspect in mind when creating lists, but if I throw something on there that's just non-existent somewhere, just say so and an alternative is fine. This is about riding, not seeing how difficult or obscure a list can be.

I threw my last list up with you in mind!

Yeah i thought number 5 would be fun LOL maybe an exotic car import dealer? Has to be a car tho not a commercial vehicle.

I was gonna make the tractor one harder by specifying a particular brand of tractor dealer but i didnt want to make it too hard and slow the game down too much, dont want it to be stupidly easy tho either lol has to be a bit of a challenge!

Yeah, i saw those guys from oz and nz, i hadnt read the first few pages of the thread so i read through the entire thing after i posted my tags, to get caught up!

It definitely is about riding, i was out having fun in the stinkin weather for 2 hours this morning because of this thread, whereas otherwise i wouldnt have ridden today! It gives you a purpose for going for a ride for no reason lol

Yeah its hard to make the lists difficult enough to be a challenge and fun in that way, but not so hard that people will be put off. I loved the idea of the song names one, and the 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 of something one that i saw when reading through the thread this morning.. the ones you have to think about are the most fun to me, some of the creative tags people find are really cool

I am definitely looking forward to playing more and also seeing what things look like in other parts of the world, hopefully some people from mainland europe will sign up soon!

wb57 - if it is just a normal jeep like a cherokee or wrangler that they use for a staff car or whatever then yes

the reason i said no commercials is cos garbage trucks and street sweepers and stuff often have the wheel on the wrong side to put the driver with a good view of the pavement... and that wouldve been too easy to find lol
