We've bought 2 kegs of Stout the last two years and there has been at least 5 gallons left over both years, maybe a bit more. If Jeff hadn't had the empty 5 gallon kegs to draw it into we'd have poured it on the ground. Not a good thing. This is why I think we need to have some lighter beers for the masses. Red is much lighter than the stout and the IPA is, as it says, it's just outstanding. I don't think we'll have a problem drinking two of them. But 5 kegs total? We'll need the full 100 ish to even come close to polishing all that off.

Jeff and I have been talking behind everyone's back We agree, the Stout crowd is more vocal but a bunch of lightweights when it comes to Olympic Class drinking (that and after 8 years we're getting older and don't drink quite as much... most of us anyway )

I personally like the red and the stout. the IPA *is* very good, but its hard to drink more than a couple of them. so I'd say, ideally saturday should be 1 red, 1 stout....

the R might be better over a ton, but how often are you riding that fast?

My F800 is an "S", so no good on the dirt.

When I do get a GS, it'll be an Airhead. I'd prefer to skip the fuel pump, injectors, and associated electronics. Plus I've already got a nice collection of Airhead tools!

I entertained that idea for awhile. I went so far as to thinking that an early style R80G/S with later style R100 jugs would be the way to go. But I get along better with electronics than carbs. I dunno, my oilhead r1100rs has been plenty reliable.
