Adapter Pics

I finished one piece last night and trial fit it on my bike. I should have the rest of them machined in the next day or two, then they will go out for black anodize. I have found the fasteners in zinc plating, and should see them here in a week. If all goes as expected, the adapters will be ready to ship within two weeks.

Black anodized adapter, with all necessary hardware (zinc plated): $35 + $2.50 USPS Shipping = $37.50

Six Pot Tokico Piston Diameter?

Thanks to Back of Beyond we know the piston diameters for the 4 pot calipers, but....

Does anyone know the piston diameters for the 6 pot Tokico?

I am trying to decide which will work best with my existing 13mm master.

Thanks.

Its the nut job on the metal tubing in this pic:

They're a good joint, as long as the flared part of the metal tubing doesnt split.

Ah... thought he was talking of something else. On my GS, and on the fiche, it shows a runner part like this (similar to on your cars as I mentioned earlier) that connects at the front fender through the grommet and then is a steel line to the caliper.

I'm interested to see if he has a special type of master cyliner. Otherwise, you can just run a brakeline as I described and use the banjo bolt to attach each end of it.

Without disassembly, it appears to me to be 27.0mm.

Excellant work pm me when you're ready to ship and paypal will be on it's way.

Thumb Diameter of Six Piston Tokico

Looking thru my notes, the 6 piston Tokico I have stashed uses 27.05 mm pistons.

HPM, the adapter looks great, been waiting 3 years to have some one make them available. I might even finish the PD Classic this year at this rate.

Long over due to thanks to Solo since I pestered him for the drawing 3 years ago. Three friends, a toolroom supervisor, manufacturing tech and engineering aide all promised the adapter. Good thing I wasn't holding my breath

my guy wasn't interested in a small run, at least not at a price that would beat HPMguy's deal.

Thanks Big Joe and Richarddacat! It looks like the 6 piston is right in the range for a 13 mm master, with a ratio of 25.98:1 (Nissin 4 24.33:1, and Stock BMW 27.27:1)

International first class: $6 ("Delivery varies"....I really don't know what that means, but it is airmail......not the slow boat.)

Priority International: $21 (6-10 days)

Payment can be by personal check, or paypal. (I don't take credit cards at this time.) I will let everyone know when they are ready to ship, payment can be sent at that time.
