Hey Brian, any warranty on this? I have the MM10 kit w/original light switch.

Thanks.

Dave,

sorry to hear the switch is giving you problems.

New one on the way.

ya, they went from black, to brown, to light brown-bronze as you can see in the pics.
I didn't really noticed them until you mentioned.

My bike is exposed to the elements all summer long.

Yours looks a little more faded than mine are currently. I'm really surprised how fast this happened, but am considering painting mine.... not sure with what kind of paint yet.

just placed my order for an MM10 kit. Going to mount these on my Triumph S3. The old school bug-eyes with glass reflectors could really use some help..

MM8s

Got my Mondomotors MM8s in, and got 'em mounted & wired up today. I wired 'em to a relay - not sure if that's really necessary or not, but am trying to maximize output. Couldn't resist, and went out for a night ride to check 'em out. Although these are flood, not spot lights, they make a noticeable difference, and are considerably brighter than the 35 watt halogen aux lights I also have installed! I will be replacing those halogens with LED spot lights at some point.

Thanks for the feedback on the MM8's

MM8-MM10-MM12....all of those seem to be what I need to upgrade my 06 Vstrom. However, I still have a simple question: Who makes them...and where?
(hmmm that was TWO questions, right?)

I'm treading lightly:
Are you asking who fabricates the individual components, or who puts together the kits as illustrated in the thread? If you're asking the first question, that's above my pay grade, but the second...

I'm just curious...If it's a good product, and people are satisfied with it, fine. I'd consider getting a set for my bike. And if they are made...somewhere near here (North America) it's a plus.

MM 10's

I bought a pair of MM10's a little while ago from Brian and was going to install them on my Trophy. I'm converting my XR650R over to an AC/DC setup for a trip west next year and need more light than the pathetic 35w CRF headlight I have on there puts out. I mounted the MM10's to the hand guards and fired them up...Brilliant! I'm not looking to set the desert on fire but if I get caught out on the trail at night these will make getting back to camp or the hotel a whole lot safer. Can't beat the price/quality/performance ratio for these not to mention the piddly 20 watts (for the pair) they draw for the light they put out
