MM8's should be back in stock around the middle of Feb.

For comparison - MM8 is a good light but older technology, draws slightly more power and produces less light. 4 Epistar LED's vs 1 CREE LED in the MM10.

I bought a pair of the Toad's lights, but wasn't sure what to expect from the low cost. I wanted to fill in some areas down the road where my 7" headlight on my naked was kinda shadowy, so I gave these a try. My FZ-6 doesn't have a lot of auxiliary electrical output, so these fit the bill. Here's what I got.

First, the lights were well-packed and shipped quickly-two business days from order to my door.
Second, harness is very good quality, with some very long wires. The lights are a small size (just what I wanted) but have a very nice finished appearance and blended well on the bike.
Third, they do a great job of filling in, the dark spots. I also think they will be great conspicuity lights during the daytime.
Fourth, the price was very low for what initially appears to be outstanding quality-I would love to add a set to my other bikes.
Lastly, I got a cool sticker too.
Two thumbs up to MondoMotos.

Thank you! Sounds like the MM10 is the way to go.

I am trying to add the MM10 kit to the cart to estimate shipping along with the Tiger 800 XC mount kit. I was able to add the mount kit to my cart, but was unable to add the light kit. I live in vicinity Anchorage Alaska.

I don't need wiring harness just the lights. I already have the Triumph wiring harness.

Not sure what the issue is? I spoke with the Web Monkey who assures me everything is working.

Possibly try adding the light kit - MM10 Light Kit

Then going to the Hardware Kit page and adding it - Hardware Kit

Lights only - At the moment the MM10 is only available as part of a kit.

If you continue to have problems, send Kris and email (info@mondomotos.com) or give us a call and she can help you out.

FWIW shipping should be around $12-$14 USPS Priority Mail to AK.

thanks,
-Brian

Well ordering worked just fine on my computer at home. Must have been the govt internet. Weird thing is I had to pay with pay pal. It wouldn't take my credit card. Order placed!

No you cannot go. It is winter you must keep working. Just kidding. Just jeolous. Have a great trip. I ordered lights and don't really care if you wait until you return as here in Alaska we won't be riding for a couple more months.

No worries. Your order went out yesterday. Should be there by Saturday.

Elemendorf - cant be too bad. At least it isnt Clear... back in my USAF days, Clear Air Station was what you did NOT want to see on your orders.

FWIW - the weatherman keeps telling us that its colder here that Alaska. Typically Michigan winters arent the worst (See Minnesota/North Dakota ) but this one has been a test for man and (snow) machine for sure.

Cool2 Good Vibrations

I have a 1150GSA and have noticed that the crash bars have a lot of vibration going through them during riding.

If I mount the MM10's on it, are they likely to cope or die a slow and painful death?

Any help would be great.

Cheers.

I have a Tenere with crash bars. I had my MM10's mounted under the headlights for a while and moved them to the crash bars about 5 months ago. I used the PIAA brackets Mondo sold me and they do vibrate some, but most is just at idol, just like my buddy's 1200 GSA. By the way, his stock driving lights are mounted to the crash bars. I have logged about 8000 miles on with the MM10 lights mounted there without issue!

Just a note to say that all orders placed during our absence last week have been shipped.

Its been a loooooooong cold winter through most the country. Hoping to see more feedback and pics once the weather lets up a bit.

Thanks,
