Does anyone have a good pic of the "standard" lighted toggle switch?

Just hooked up my lights and they are awesome. I put them on my 07 990 Adventure that my wife got me for Christmas. The only problem is when I was running the wires two of the wires pulled out of the connector for the switch without hardly any force. I removed the connector and just made a solid connection of all the wires. Every thing else looked good The problem is the wires are two way different gauge wires which is why they probably throw the connection on it. Should I call them? I would have to rerun the wires now for the switch and from the battery.

Wires should stay put in connectors. All of them are factory assembled, so very surprised that happened. We can replace harness or switch depending on which side was pulled out. A permanent connection isnt a problem, we designed it with a plug to allow for different switch options. Shoot me a PM or email "info@mondomotos.com" if you want to replace.

thanks,
-Brian

Standard switch is not a toogle, it is a PIAA style push button.
We added a rubber boot to help keep out the elements (on/off indicators are visible)

Standard Switch

other choices -

Optional Handlebar Switch (requires bike has 7/8" round bar)

Not pictured is an option that eliminates the switch entirely. A terminator (not Arnold) plugs into the harness and lights turn on/off with ignition.

thanks,
-Brian

Question

Just purchased mine minutes ago.
Can't wait to get my hands on it.

Just wondering how do I fit it to my canbus. I'm riding the 2013 f800gs and btw I'm planning to mount it to the SW Motech hawk light mounting brackets as I didn't like the hawk lights.

Looks like it *might* take two beers.

The install on my '97 F650ST

I do use a Skene Design IQ-175 Controller. I run 40% on low beam, my riding buddies tell me that is very easy to see

We havent heard of anyone having conflicts/issues using our MM10 kit on CANBUS equipped bikes.

Following the instructions on our website - with the wiring harness, go straight to the battery with the 2 terminals, and then tap into the small parking light bulb for the switched power lead, or posi-tap to the positive side of the accessory socket. On BMW's the brown wire is negative.

I would not recommend tapping into the bike's wiring harness or the headlight harness to power the lights directly.

Thanks,
-Brian
