I'm going to Raleigh with the wife Sunday. She and my son's gf are going to an art gallery...me and my son are going to watch football. PERFECT!

44 degrees and misty Sunday. If it happens to clear up, Sat might be better (doubtful, 70% chance of rain).

.. lol ..

.. so there I am at work today talking about trying to find a way to get out and get the tag on Sunday, no mom or mom-in-law available to watch their golden sunshine loving grandsons .. soooo ... mind you now, I ride my bike every day back and forth to work regardless of the weather, and despite that being common knowledge and a source of no end of humorous remarks and comments, all I get are a chorus of weather-related "you're crazy" shots .. not one offer to babysit my kids for a few hours while the wife is at work so I can go get this ..

.. panzies .. they're just 5 y/o twin boys .. geeeees .. how much damage could they do?? .. you would think they were little hellions or something ..

.. lol ..

.. regardless .. anyone out getting this, Ride Blessed .. and safe .. it is kinda nasty out there and the cages are not paying attention ..

.. looks like I am relegated to commuter-only status until Tuesday ..

.. when it is supposed to be in the low 60's and dry ..

.. sweetness ..

The weather was not very nice for riding this weekend, or for camping. Going to be nice a few days this week.

Tag #13

Tag #13 is a big ass tea kettle... It was erected in 1860, created to advertise for a silversmith in an old town that really hasn't changed much, even with all of the modernization that's gone on around it. You'll also find a women's college near here, and there are some great cookies that are made here that share the name of the predominate religion.
