If he can earn enough time to pay for a motor change that seems a smart move.
1st motor is a 15 minute penalty.

Yep, lost time 10 minutes in last 2 sections. i`m hoping maybe with a change in terrain he`ll get it back.

no, thirteen minutes.

If Marc stops for fifteen minutes, and Cyril doesn't appear, he knows he's 15 minutes ahead on the road. If Cyril was matching his pace, he'd be two minutes behind on the road.

After conceding heaps of time when he got stuck in mud at the beginning of today's stage, Cyril Despres is now losing even more. At CP3, 314 kilometres into the special, the gap between him and Marc Coma has ballooned to 15'49".

Mud caked radiator = hot bike.....

If Coma spent 15min at the refuel, and Didn't see Cyril, he'd know that he was 13 minutes up (15 min, minus the 2 minutes ahead of Cyril that he started).

I think it was an African stage, maybe the Western Sahara border crossing, where the liaison was total mud and riders were trying to clean out their radiators before the start of the special. Lot of cooked bikes that day.

Which means that after arriving to CP2 and neutralizing, Coma will be looking at his watch for two minutes before finding out if he is making time or losing time to Despres. When he takes off 15 minutes after that (end of neutralization) he knows he has made 13 minutes on Despres.

I maybe wrong, already caused a timewarp today

Maybe the mustachioed man was deployed last night with a shovel and lots of buckets of water?

Ned passed CP2 in 82nd

So far 94 riders through WP3

So that's a little worrying
