long time lurker and never been on any DV group rides or any ADV rides yet so pardon the questions... what sorta fuel range should we have if i wanna attend?? and by the looks of the previous years rides its hard to tell if this would be Weestrom friendly or if i should stick to my 450 dual sport.

Plenty of rides for both bikes. A safe range is probably around 150 miles or so.

both bikes are good, really depends what's your interest. the distances are long, but if you just want to ride around and near the campround, which has plenty of riding areas, take the small bike. if you want to go far, carry enough gas. dv is huge, fuel range is everyone's limitation.

most of the vets go on their own ride, and dv first timers and nOObs get on the tour bus.

There's a XRR in my garage with your name on it if you need it bro!

Joel I will be coming in Thursday till Sunday and will be eating Friday dinner... Lemme see what I can do about doing dinner for Saturday... What do you guys think about three types of tamales maybe? Like a jalepeno and cheese, a puerco con negro and a pollo con negro?? It's easier as I would just have two to three big ass tamalero's going and that's it. Would everyone like tamales?? My tamale lady is muy bomba. I dunno we can figure it out.
