Mike, how do we count Booj this time? Is he a 1/2?

Booj, I can't beieive your luck - on the hook for Saturday trng; off the hook for the whole weekend; back on the hook for Saturday trng. Sounds like some of my military career (which I wouldn't trade for anything, BTW).

Mark, I wouldn't be surprised if some "parts" happened to fall off Boojum's bike on Friday, and not be found until Sunday morning...

Mike, I've had and loved several of the choices, but haven't had their London Broil yet.

My vote is for that at least one choice/one night. Beyond that I'm not picky but will vote for the total slate as:

London Broil,

BBQ

Chicken & dressing

Meatloaf

In more or less that order. Although at meal time it will be a tough choice between the BBQ and the chicken if they are on the same menu.

On a mechanical note, I've apparently cured the mystery oil leak on the F 650's donor motor and swapped a less worn rear sprocket on this evening.

So it should make its reappearance at this rally after a two year absence.

Even better, since I don't really plan any offroad this trip, I put the stock sprocket combo back on for the first time since like 2005, maybe. (I have two front and two rear sprockets to give four different final drive combos. And spare wheels with knobbies. Its a Farkle Mobile) The stock gearing is the highest of the four choices and is just fine for long highway trips.

Edit: The bike has been affixed with Panniers, and the first stage of packing has begun.

Hey, it's the first Rally of the season (for me) and I must get in the swing............

Plus, I can leave most things packed for the trip up to Laurel Springs for the RDV-2012, the following weekend....
