Coke Ovens from Superior AZ March 17th

We're going to do the Ovens again from Superior. Depending on the group and what we all decide to see, it's 50-75 miles rocks. Stage at the Superior HS next to the tennis courts & leave the parking lot at 8:30.
If you have not been before, read the details below before comitting. The ride should be 5-6 hours.

Keep in mind, that is only one spot and the worst by far on that ride. Most of it is not to bad just long and rough.

It looks like I will miss this one.

I am scheduled to be home at that time.

I will try to schedule my next trip down to make this ride. Time to start hauling some of my crap down anyway.... may have found a place near Prescott to rent while I look for a place to buy.

I can see that the possibilty of riding with you guys every weekend is going to cramp my style.

This mornings weather.... not much riding going on here.

Honda Hill is much easier coming down than up. Well, a lot of us have the "coming down" thing pretty well.

I'll pencil this in the calendar.

Buddy,

Put me down as a definate maybe. This should be just in time for me to get back in the saddle and start riding again.

I fear with the exception of a few unplanned "training rides" close to home I may not get much ride time in for the next several weeks.

My priority will be to coordiante lots of Rehab planning and PT for the kids recovery.
