I think you guys might want to think about throwing a couple of inches onto the kickstand. Just a thought.

Weight? You've sat on this bike Mike, of course weight is an issue....she's a fat pig! The problem really is cost...Supertrapps are expensive!

She only leans over like 45 degrees, is that bad??

There is one being welded up, the one in the photo is the original.

I'll do some digging today and see if I can find a string to pull.

Being 400 miles away from the race bike, my input thus far has been pretty limited. If there's one thing I can do, is that I can train. Snow and ice are covering all my riding areas, so looks like I'm down to just plain ol' exercise.

In the few short years I've been riding off-road bikes, I've come to a couple conclusions.
1) The more in shape I am, the better I ride, in addition to how long I can ride.
2) It seems like just having good core strength helps me out the most.

When it comes to exercise, I hate gyms and refuse to spend the money, nor do I really have the money to pay a monthly fee. As a result, I wind up doing very basic exercises.

1) 5-7 days a week I go for 2-3 mile runs. I vary the intensity of the running. On the short loop days, I'll go between a nice trot, then do some sprints for 100 meters at a time. Other times I try to do some old workout high intensity stuff I did back in my track (running track) in high school

2) Push ups, and lots of them. I'll be sitting there watching TV in the evening, and every commercial break I'll do 20-30. So throughout the course of the night I wind up doing a lot of them.

3) Crunches, sit ups.... Lots of of those too.

4) Plenty of stretching. I've been watching some YouTube videos about yoga...getting some ideas. The increased flexibility is helping with my running...

So, We'll first see at the Desert 100 if all this training is helping...I probably won't be back on a bike before then. (Great)

With all the shipping, took 2-3 weeks. Cable works fine. $40. I also had them do my front brake and clutch cables.

For the exhausts, check out cone engineering. Make your own. That's what I'm going to do. They don't have 1 3/8 which would be the stock size. I'm not sure how to attach to the exhaust port if I go to 1 1/2. Need to do some measuring and spend some time on the thinking chair.

I'll probably buy a ready made can b/c I want USFS approval.

As I recall, last year at the D100 you passed me when I crashed and then I passed you when you tired out and slowed down.

Let's try not doing that again.

The One show was fun. Lots of cool bikes. We had a good team meeting, worked out lots of details for Mexico. Allan took some pictures of the show, here's a few:

Lonnie's CZ was looking pretty sweet...

Hard to imagine that this bike was in pieces just a few days before the show. Lonnie, Luke and I worked our butts off and got it together..Lonnie got it prepped proper for the show!

some other cool shots..

Was a lot of fun being a part of the show. Fun watching hundreds of folks walking around checking out the bikes. The crowd Friday night was insane!

The new front brake caliper arrived...and once the rear cable arrives from motion pro, the bike will be ready to ride. I'm working out the exhaust as we speak, I hope to ride the bike this weekend
