I just got mine and love them. I'm a huge fan of lower pegs and these are so comfortable standing up that I feel like I'm on flat ground. With the 950 being wider than a 450 bike these give you plenty of room. They did get me one time when dabbing my foot down to prevent a slide out. I'd love to put them on my 250. I might try it and see if it works.

I had some on a former bike and they worked out great even though they were almost on the "too large" side. Nice to see the smaller options. Also note that you can change out those allen-head thread posts with some button-head screws from the hardware store if you want a little less friction to your boot or to prevent an eventual hole in the bottom of rubber soles.

That part is a tool to be used to hammer the collar into or out of the footpeg.

Installed mine today ...... Stock pegs were. Way too short in my opinion. Whenever I stood up on the bike I felt like my feet were only half supported.
Awesome product worth every penny. |

they're on...... wow ! what a huge difference in comfort and confidence up on the pegs. i baulked some at the cost but these have totally transformed the standing ride. at 6'4" and running a rox low pro riser, this last 1/2" provided by the low boy mount is the final ergonomic tweak. brilliant......

Sigh.
Gotta spend more money, I suppose. Guess it's out to the backyard where my money tree grows... |

I got a break in the weather today and was able to take the Adventure out for rip and I can say these pegs may be literally the best money spent yet improving the bike from its stock form ....... And trust me I'm not scared to admit I have spent way too much money this winter hopping this thing up.
No half planted feeling while standing on the pegs. While seated it feels as it did before but anything out of the saddle it's a 110% improvement. |

All - I noticed that having fat wide footpegs can get in the way of putting your foot down (when you really need it). But then again, my inseam is only 32.
The are sooo nice on a long ride whilst standing though.... I compromised, and got the PIVOT PEGZ....
