Last Friday I spoke with the owner of the Budget Lodgging Motel at St Clair Mo. He stated that he really liked the ADV gang and that they are thrilled to have us. Good job guys !

Thats Cool! I have some local guys who will be new to their respective KLRS that might come down and follow me around late in the summer or maybe a fall color ride. I was planning on using the Lodge myself again. It's a great start stop point.

I couldn't get off the weekend of the Swinging Bridges ride......but me, Tommy (Pitpass), and Victor (Dagwood_55) rode the tracks the following weekend. We met on I-44 at St. Roberts and headed clockwise on the tracks. We camped the first night at Lake Ozarks State Park, the second night at Meramec State Park, and a third night at Montauk State Park. We had a few personal detours thrown in.

Here are the pics.

Loaded up and ready to hit the road!

Our first swinging bridged:

Tommy's buying lunch.....he found a dollar bill.....any of you lose one?

Detour through Belle for lunch and to visit relatives.

Bixby General store of course for lunch!

Detour to visit Link at Freeman's Offroad Resort......I love his shop!

Bo's Hollow.....closed when we got there :(

Meramec State Park

Tommy trying to connect with civilization.

And a great time was had by all......great company, great riding, great weather, no break downs, no flats, no injuries.....what more could you ask for!

Hey gang does anybody have a spare sticker from this year ? I dumped my KLR about 2 weeks after I put mine on and busted the fairing
