I know before the weekly dinner we used to have some meet ups on weekends at places like IP then after shopping go grab a bite locally. Weekends are good in the winter and IP is often a good meeting spot.

Never been there, but I know where the Polaris location is. Friends describe it as an upscale Hooters.

I'm off early next Tuesday (Dec. 4th) and would like to do a weekly ADV dinner if others are interested. Temperature looks good, but there's a slim chance of rain although it's way to early to tell for sure.

I'm always up for trying some place new and different if anyone has a great idea. Otherwise, BJ's Brewhouse was pretty good when I went last... good burgers and deep dish pizzas and lots of micro-brewed beer choices if you're into it. I've been to the one at Tuttle Mall (NW side of Columbus), but there's another at Polaris (N of Columbus)

I've been to all of them a bunch of time. The Tilted Kilt had nice scenery, but the food is average or below most of the time. BJ's bar none has the best food at Polaris IMO, but we should call ahead as even on a tuesday the stuff at Polaris is packed, especially with Christmas shoppers.

Agree. Food was meh, scenery isn't bad. Its hooters with poor lighting.
It's flat out dead in here, but I guess I'll have to stay for one more beer.

Downtown has a lot to offer, but the traffic is a pain. If you have a chance and like micros, Barley's is a nice spot. It's right by the convention center.
