has anyone besides wallking bear actually put these on their frame???? I had a set and sold to a poster here who is of the same mind about them as I was, not very good fabrication. I sold them to him at the same price I purchased and he wasn't to happy either.

No offense met..........but I wouldn't waste your money on these plates..................find a good mechanic/fabricator ......preferably one who's experienced with airheads.............and kick around some ideas.....................this isn't rocket science.......(although HPN would like us to think so.......)

Okay, did I miss the memo?
Since when did we allow small minded bigots on this forum.

Where's the small mindedness or bigotry here
Inmate bought a product, didn't like the quality chose an alternate.

Then he expressed a preference for large hispanic girls and group sex.

I am looking forward to the photos but I hope they are of the frame reinfocements.

Slacker show us the photos or it didn't happen.

I agree with wirewrkr. There is a much easier and more respectful way to express your dissatisfaction of a product, without the use of derogatory statements.

How about " I have a friend who is somewhat an expert on these matters take a look at the product. He suggested it may be possible to fabricate and install a far superior product for the same sort of money" DONE

Everybody understands and nobody gets offended, IMHO.

No, but I'd say you are lucky to have a friend who charged you beer rates. If I did make these, at $50 an hour, I'd guess it would cost you at least $150. Possibly more.

I haven't put my plates on yet. Not sure when I'll get around to it, but I am pleased with them. Yes, they'll take some modification. I think that's been covered a while ago. But they'll work.

Anyway, how about some photo's of this fabulous work?

Mr Slacker,
If you like to direct you sh....ty little comments to me .. that would be fine.
If you didn't like the work then you should have taken on the task yourself.

This inmate drove to california with a frame to have it measured ( on my dime) then drove back to AZ. (1000 f..king miles) dropped my frame off to have it repaired and went back home and sent the pieces out.

So far I'm out over $700 for this goodwill task. NEXT TIME YOU TAKE THE TIME TO DO IT.

I had them return to me at my cost. I've learned a lesson in all of this .. next time I will do it for myself and maybe a few close fellow riders. Yeah I'm kinda of PISS at your remarks. You hide behind the thread you never PM to talk about it. What makes your guy any better? What is he charging you? Bet not $55
