Congrats to the new owner. Adventure Kitty didn't need it. She still has two 'aventures' to sit on.

FULL congratulations go to Chris and family for being man-enough to part with your precious piece of history. And good luck to the new owner.

I remember coming across Ken Heans Triumph shop in Fleet, England in 1971. His ISDT Trophy Winning Cheney Triumph was on display in the window. Still muddy from the Isle of Man 'Six Days'......Some machines need never turn a wheel again. Just knowing who worked the controls is enough for us.

"Some bozo from Texas," here and reporting in. It goes a bit like this.
Whilst looking on Ebay at military vehicles this lazy Sunday morning with my soon to be driving age son, my cel phone rings.
Me: Hello
Caller: Kelly? This is Chris Blais.
Me: (heart rate racing from 50bpm to 180 before I could say) Who?
Caller: Chris Blais... You won my motorcycle.
Me: No way, really?
Chris: Really! (This went on and on for a minute or 2 before I could say anything else).

It is just now, 8 hours later, seeming real. In fact, for an hour or 2, I was convinced it was a prank from one of my friends. I had to look on this website to believe it myself.
I am stoked, to say the least! Chris was super nice and I am looking forward to meeting him.
The bike is about 1500 miles from here, so I need to work out the logistics of the whole thing but can assure you all it will be well cared for. I will take plenty of pics and share as well.
Anyway, I am excited to have won and am thrilled the funds are going to a good cause.

Hey Rick, it might be a while before I can get pics in person.
Here is a link off Chris' site with a foot peg pic.
