990 ADV seat option

Hey Dave/Matt...here may be an option for you since you both said the Gel seats may need and upgrade. I don't have a huge amount of seat time on the one I installed on the DRZ but it is way better than stock.

Poor Rflagg, he moves to "Gods Country" and now they have run out of Starbucks' Pumpkin Spice Latte shortage All dressed up in his Whale Foreskin and nowhere to go..

Quote:
Some autumnal beverage connoisseurs were up in arms when they left their local Starbucks without their fall favorite, the Pumpkin Spice Latte. Due to the popularity of the drink and under orders by some Starbucks stores, many experienced a shortage of the pumpkin syrup used in the signature brew.

S100 :(

I love infor-mercials. Everything looks so damned easy and works like a charm. I've had reasonable sucess with S100 wheel cleaner, so I'd thought I'd give their total bike cleaner a go. It should have been a red herring when all the test vehicles were mostly clean harleys and other shiney paint bikes. At least I didn't buy the jumbo container for this failed experiment.

Bike care starts with proper washing……
You can't get a bike really clean unless you get at the places you can't reach. Here's an example of where dirt can hide and cause corrosion.

We simply spray on a fine mist of S100 Total Cycle Cleaner. It penetrates instantly!

We hit the area with a sharp stream of water from the garden hose …

… and in seconds the dirt is gone and the area sparkles.

Nice!

Well, I went back to work today....I survived although with a bit of swelling when I got home. I think I am going to work from home tomorrow since I have a lot of online training classes I need to get caught up on...so that will work out well.

So do you agree with the guys comments on my thread in face plant about the screws being removed and hurting like hell and setting me back about a week? This is not looking like something to look forward too.

It depends on the person. You strike me as a person that tolerates pain fairly well, and I don't think a week is accurate for all, maybe a couple of days. As you start to do wt bearing and PT will be a good indicator as to how you will do.

I tolerate pain well huh... I guess when the nurse has to explain the pain chart to me so I can give her an honest assessment there could be some truth in what you said. I looked at the pain chart and said I am not crying so it can't be a 10... But apparently by the look on my face and as jacked up as my foot was from looking at the X-rays they were pretty sure I was not at a 7. I just needed a bit of recalibration apparently.

A friend of mine just, this past Friday, moved to CO. I forwarded this link to him. It may help him get used to his new home .

I drink coffee black but I'd need to find something to drink that takes longer to make... Right?
