Got sick of sitting around so i........?

G'day all, got sick of this wet weather we have been having up here in the Sunshine State, so me and a mate decided to go for a ride on the dirt squirts to fill in the day. I have not been on the 510 since about September so decided it was a good time to blow out the cobwebs from both the bike and myself.

I had fitted new wheel bearings, chain, sprockets, chain guide rollers, brake pads etc, what better way to bed it all in than in mud and slop

Still pretty overcast, but not a drop of rain from the time we got on the bikes until we got home. Humid as buggery though.

Top of a slippery mungrel hill to be greeted buy a mossy rock garden, nice. I flipped the hysky going up when i got traction on a step up and snapped off my rear brake lever. Was fun going down, didn't know my backside could get so tight.

nice trails doug . where is that ? havnt been out in the mud yet , been waiting for some bits to arrive from the usa . new chain ,front sprocket , chain slider , chain guide and bottom roller . but when it gets here i'll be roosting mud up at glasshouse .and while its been raining i cleaned the motor of the wr with a toothbrush . killed a couple of hours .

IM busy all the time mate's want free jobs done at there home's and i got a shitload of colorbond fence to put up at home .. and it wont stop freaking raining

Looking forward to a ride soon ... maybe a nice sandy 1 out west again maybe

G'day Matt, How are you mate, i will pm you with tracks, or give you a bell and come for a ride. Would be pretty greasy around glasshouse at the moment.

Hi OBB, yeah we are a little spoilt and lucky we have a bit of rock around the place so we get to ride in most conditions.
