All the soviet stuff seems to have a little edge over their like tier counterparts.

I was one on one with a t34-85 and I was in that new german tier 6 3001d...or whatever it is. I hit it 4 times...all for damage, twice to the side, twice to the front...two shots from him and I was done....I guess he could have been shooting gold, but it was a little amazing.

Also took a perfect full side shot at a JS-6 (I think) yesterday in my tiger II....pen no damage, he was at 3%.....have you ever seen the inside of a tank...how can you pen it and not damage something.....on the other hand I did one shot a JS-8 last night as well in the tiger II...but he was stupid, Lakeville, the lake road, he was hanging off the road...not sure if he lagged or what, but a perfect shot from above as he was hanging off the edge of the road trying not to fall in the lake. One shot kaboom....no ammo rack icon so I don't know how I killed him.

The KV1s is a super good tank.

I own one. I bought permanent camo for it. It is my favorite tank. Better than the T71 in virtually every way.

Actually, not tonight, but tomorrow night! Tonight is cigar night...

Thanks for the Chaffee vote of confidence. I'll get one of them too.

Thanks. I like playing the passive scout in higher tiers with my M5, but I wasn't sure I wanted to go through a huge learning curve again for a more aggressive scout.

I am installing WoT on my main computer - which I use PCLinuxOS on- schweeeet!

I just found out you can play WoT on Linux computers using an application called "PlayOnLinux".

If it works then the big graphics card gets moved into my Linux rig & the windows computer again will be useless.....

I just got the Jackson today, and this is my first battle with it.

I really think I will learn to like this tank once the crew is actually trained for it.

oh yeah, and it still needs a bunch of upgrades.

How about a sceenie of my favorite tank as seen on my Linux screen?

Gameplay is just as good if not smoother than on windows 7 -

I had one, but nothing ticks me off more than running a tank and losing money on it...on a regular basis.

I like the passive scout thing as well....I also like to hide in the back wait till the end then take cheap shots at people in the middle of other battles.

I bought the Type 62...the way a light tank should be. and you ALWAYS make money on it. Had the client crash on me...after I got reloaded I was dead....never did a thing in that game....made 5k silver, and it goes up from there. My crew is still working to their first perk...after this crew gets skilled up I am thinking they will be a real pest.

So is WoT configured to play under Linux as well? Or is it a bit of a chore to get it to work?

I love that tank too, almost has their first perk (6th sense and camo), once I get that it should be much more efficent at making silver.
