whats all this talk of running, we've got bikes -right. so why run?

i've got a pair of 1995 asics in mint condition , and the're gonna stay that way haha......

Much the same with me, I'm not a natural runner.

However, less than 100m from my house is a great network of mountain bike trails so I have got into that instead for fitness and fun

Hi guys.
I was pretty grovelly today at work & not good for much so came home laid down & surfed the web. I kinda ran out of cool sites. I've just got into the Shiny things thread here on advrider - Vans, old watches, trucks - some cool viewing.
I even read thru a whole thread on a character who customized a hot wheels van by cutting & extending.



Anyway if anyone has any other cool sites they have come across please share. I do like practical how to sites as well as any other kinda ones.
