Tell Me

Hey inmates, tell me what the difference is over a regular 800GS? I can see and appreciate the cool paint scheme, skid plate, pirelli's and hand protectors! Any thing else for the extra $$$$$ Thanks!

In the UK you get around £500 of extras for around £300 - the full large hand guards/spoilers plus the BMW alu bash plate. Expect this is the same elsewhere but the standard/optional features vary country to country (for example, in the UK there is a comfort pack available that combines ABS, heated grips and centre stand, whereas in Canada heated grips come standard... similarly, in the UK you can factory order LED indicators but I believe this is only available as an accessory in Canada/US).

That and the blue/white colour scheme which is specific to the Trophy. Mechanical specs seem to be identical to the standard and Triple Black models.

Congratulations!

At this time next week mine will be home as well - can't wait!

I see they're doing a run of Anakee tyres at the minute, hoping mine has them as well as will be doing most on-road travelling this year... not mad on the Bridgestones...

Question - why does yours appear to be US spec but German reg? Miles/°F/extra reflectors...

Enjoy!

Here in Brazil the Trophy is beginning to arrive, and I´d like to know: is this just a new colour or is it a special edition?
