Can the left in the carb broken part be removed?
If so there maybe a replacement. Usually it is the plastic choke housing at the carb, which get snapped. |

Been there/done that...........the breather tube at the top of the carb is a different color, but is the same fitting as the fuel inlet plastic tube on the KLR. Thus, you can switch them out (while you order a new one) and get the bike running.

I've broken one too. It's easy to swap in a replacement. Couple screws holding it in place.

When you order a new one order 2 - usefull to have a spare! Broke one before a ride and fabricated one out of copper tubing that lasted the trip.- with a few leaks |
