Nelson rides...
Anyone else going to the Nelson club laidback trail ride this Sunday 12th Feb? (click for info)
Given the dry weather I thought I'd slip on some DOT knobblies, the small front sprocket, enduro tank/seat and ride down there and back.Taking a spare air filter and filter skins as it could be quite dusty, and plenty of drinking water!  I haven't ridden Lakes Station yet, looking forward to riding a new venue. Might have to take it easy on the big beast as I hear it's quite rocky/bouldery. Anyone else ridden there and can confirm?Haven't had much of a think about advroutes en-route, but I'm open to ideas. PS up around Spooners-Tapawera was very dry last weekend; only the deepest fords had small puddles in them.
