It looks to be an exciting weekend. I'm planning on doing Skyclads Southern York and Lancaster County Tour on Saturday and this ride on Sunday.

From what I understand the entire route is on public roads and 75% is unpaved.

Looking at this one as well, not sure how full of a weekend I want to take on. There will be several break off points on the ride from what I hear, and 1 section that is a little off the beaten path, doesn't require knobbies, but is a little technical.

update
 Seating has been reserved at the start in the name of South Mountain 130. After signing the release sheet, a roll chart and gps file will be distributed. No fee to ride the event.First gas stop about 60 miles out. Second and third legs are shorter. Total distance about 130 miles. Each gas stop is on a major highway if you wish to stop early. The second gas stop is on SR 16 several miles east of the start point. Finish point is at Mountaindale, MD west of US 15 and south of Thurmont, MD

start/finish
The finish is about 30 miles from the start down in Maryland. If you want a short return to the start, stop at the second gas stop on PA Highway 16 and head west toward Waynesboro, PA.
