Due to Braden/Lawrence's identity crisis I am leading in the Dakar class That's what he gets for changing which name he goes by

Actually he should be 1st overall too. Anders, you might want to consider doing points based on racer # rather than name.

So it wasn't two points paying events, (separate days) just double points for the overall of both days....?
Branden spelled wrong? Braden?

Yeah, My first name is Lawrence, middle name Braden. I've been confusing people by using my middle name all my life. I always pause when a form asks for my first name but not "name you go by".

Just don't call me Larry.

I had the same points question. It looked like Rally Tennesse was scored for each day last year which would give Mike B points for his 1st place on RWV Day 1. Does that only count if you finish both days? Rule Change? Either way it looks like I need to get to BRS to secure my season trophies.

I found some but I got so confussed it gavve me a headache.....Since MC racing is going the way of the rearview wanting to see if I can afford to try a car. I have a old E30 body style BMW 318i I've been autocrossing but want would love to try a stage rally.....I'm sure I have to have a roll cage but do you need fuel cell and fire suit etc....

Yeah you need a cage. There's a whole separate appendix just for the cage. Everything else, look in Section 3, the link above is correct.

Here's what was happening in the parking lot on top of the mountain. Braden, it was all a big mistake, the deer came out thinking you had a snack. Next time make sure your pockets are filled with goodies and pay the toll. (see pic at bottom, snapped that pic around 5:20pm saturday parking lot near the general store)

Yeah, if you slow it down you can see me reach for the granola bar in my pocket but I didn't get it out in time.

Very cool. Not sure why they needed the comment "stretching the definition of rally". Maybe they will interview you and you can do a lap in the reasonably priced car!
