Group 3 riders: I like to ride at a moderate clip but like to stop for views, BS and to regroup so if that's good for you then lets have fun.

moderate clip = we might pass a big GS or two and they might pass us back when we pit for fresh tires and fuel Just kidding about the tires.....

I see 3 Suzuki's - Dr's or Dl's ? Too bad my Dr won't be done in time for this.

The bottle to be sacrificed, er...I mean the grenade.

It's pretty dark. Just the way it should be.

It needs a little more time to develop a little more carbonation. Rasputin is a pretty mildly carbonated beer so I don't expect a lot more. It should be right where it needs to be for the ride.

Good Coffee & Chocolate flavor upfront and in the middle, followed by a nice light alcohol on the back end.

Conclusion: It should be perfect in a few more weeks right in time for the ride. My wife thinks its perfect right now, but she's not much for dark beer.

Edit: The more I drink the better it gets!!!!

Either way, when it comes to the end of the day and getting to the beer, rest assured I'll be one of the first there.
Try and keep up Scott OK? Or was Dan manscaping you when I posted this?

I'm still recovering from the kegs at WARPED. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.

Blake, Im riding a F650GS Dakar vice 1200GS (but will take one if your giving one away!). Been overseas/off bike for a while so put me where you want. Im comfortable pulling sweep as well as leading the N00Bs peeps so if you want to throw me in GRP6 with the other 6xx cc mugs it'll work. I think there's some of the Meetup peeps in there and if I ride behind Yeti Ill have quicker access to his bottle opener. I'll keep up and just keep picking up!

Cheers,
Mike

Oh hell no. I will see to it that Scott is stuck in the back with us newbs, and that there is beer left for our poor, beat up newb bodies upon arriving into camp.

Sadly, Danscape will be doing an IBA ride on the same weekend (yes, irresistible bowel association), so he will not be joining us. We'll sacrifice a sip for our homie.

I'm in

As far as group selection, I've done CDT twice and been riding for a long time and I'm OK with a "just seeing the sights" pace. Can you pick me a group? -thanks

We've had this conversation before, you're still not as slow as I am

I have been off for awhile, Dainbramages' dad died last week. Been spending time with him getting his head back on right. Wife got back last week from seeing her dad, lung cancer. So I am not on top of stuff. I will scour the thread for the maps and download.

I will be there but I will probably be scatter brained.
