Back when I kept BMW's, I always had a spare seal, drive bearing, pivot bearings, etc... FWIW, the seal is a standard size and available off just about any bearing distributer's shelves for about $10. Its a 85x110x10 oil seal btw.

Hey Im in Richmond and have a truck and trailer. I could try to get off work early on Tuesday and haul your bike to Mortons if you want. Call them first , they may be busy.
