The Marlinton Motor Inn manager credited my credit card after they charged me when they didn't have record of me cancelling my room reservation. I emailed her a copy of my phone records and all was well.

Keep that in the freezer, good stuff.
Worked with an Italian guy who makes his own.

His will make you dump out the store bought stuff so he will fill your bottle.
