I will be there!
I've never run a hare scramble, what type of trail should I expect? Is it going to be enduro trail, or stuff you'd see at the hammer run, or something totally different? In any case, I am super looking forward to this!

Hare Scramble is part (mostly) Enduro part Motocross. Nothing crazy in the MX section just an open pit with bermed sweeping turns, hills and a few small jumps.

Wish I were ready to ride "event level" this early in season. Cracked my hand up, a few weekends ago, and have not ridden last couple weekends. I am sure it will be a great event with awesome trails and terrain. Uncharistically good for "south NJ".

Do you need a race license for this event?

Only requirement that I know of is that you be an AMA member.
I'm not sure about the ECEA "licensing"/"test", but if that's the case, it's likely you will be able to do it at signup. There will be AMA signups available on site from what I've heard.

Nope, this isn't a rally, they won't make you pay seven thousand dollars to ride on public roads.
![]() My understanding of the rules is you only need to be an AMA member. If you want to accumulate series points you need to be an ECEA member.
