Hook up TuneEcu with your bike when it is warm. After your TPS is adjusted mark the throttle housing and grip to coincide with TPS readings of 5,10,15,25,50, and 75%. Ride bike and note the rpm at which the flat spot is and the TPS position. Add fuel in F1/F2 at this location until flat spot goes away.

Thanks a lot for that info. I will give it a shot. I dont know much about EFI at all, but I think my bike might be too rich in the flat spot. It will even bog if i really feather the throttle anywhere between 4100 and 5200. I loaded the akro map to see if the richer mix would cure the flat spot. It made it a lot worse. I dont know if this logic holds up, just thinking out loud.

Ok, I adjusted the tps and changed the plugs again. They don't look bad. I took it to a tuner. He does not have any KTM or tuneecu experience, but said he would give it a shot. According to the dyno, it is getting off the chart rich between 4 and 5k. Right at 5k it opens up like a light switch and runs perfect. He worked with software a bit and told me to come back tomorrow as he wants to read up on the bike and software. Here is the dyno run about 10 % throttle. Look at that sinkhole.

The tuner worked three hours on the dyno with no improvement. I unfortunately don't have the money to let someone learn the bike and software. To be fair, he was very diligent, and only charged me for 1 hour. He said tuneecu is very different than the dynojet system he works with normally. It is very rich at 10% throttle between 4k and 5k rpm. You can see the hp sinkhole on the dyno. Any tips on curing this in Tuneecu? I know some of you are experts on this topic. I can't figure out what would cause such a rich condition in only a specific range of rpm and throttle %. The bike and map are 100% stock.
