I want to put in a plug for a place I have enjoyed staying at in the Pacific Coast fishing village of Bahia Asuncion, Baja.



Shari and Juan offer a varity of accomodation options and could easily manage a group of riders as well as the solo adventurer...

They offer and co-ordinate a ton of activities and are totally cool people.

I have stayed there on different rides and will be back there again.

awwww....shucks...gracias Ged. We sure enjoyed having you and your busted foot here with us! I thought for sure you would post the photo of you relaxing on the patio with your wrapped ankle up on the chair! We look forward to your return visit.

Riders....and Shari,

Well, I arrived at Juan and Shari's last year with a broken leg for a three day layover (thought it was just a sprained ankle )....she provided a Navy Seals medic, Stan (can you say Tramadol?), who wrapped my ankle for several days and stabilized the owie .

The nursing staff were attentive....





After the reprieve, it was back on the road...



David was ready to roll at the crack of 10:00 am...

I just spent 2 days at Juan and shari's place. Very nice room and a very relaxing place. The crab and veggie omelete served on the patio was delishious! I will be back.
