Pre sales end this weekend. The book ended up being 248 pages instead of 220.....I decided to reduce my small margin of profit rather than start removing photos

This weekend I remove the pre sales package and won't be taking orders until mid May (which wont include a dvd) once the printing is finished.

A huge thanks to everyone who purchased a book, it's much appreciated. Enjoy the read
